In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. All products are final sale. No refunds and returns are accepted as most of my items are custom made to suit the client's needs. If a package is delivered damaged or broken, I am happy to resend a replacement as long as pictures are obtained of the incident for record keeping.

Readings are happily rescheduled or cancelled and refunded with a 24 hour notice from the client. No call no show are subject to a cancellation fee and loss of appointment time slot after 10 minutes of absence.

​WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE. 

TAROT READING POLICY : 

This business enforces a cancellation policy on ALL TAROT services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee (TOTAL AMT) for any no-shows and late cancellations (CANCELLATIONS UNDER 6 HRS BEFORE SCHEDULED BOOKING). 

Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late (more than 7 minutes) for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.

As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is BOOKED.
